5ive contacted me thru FB and said Juno will be contacting everyone who was shipped 008 without the sleeve. I also contacted Juno with my order number to let them know I want the sleeve, and expect it shipped to me. I'm in the US, so I'm hopeful they take care of it, but worried they won't.
